Developing Leaders in STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths)
Organisations thrive or fail as a result of their leadership. Making sure that you
have the right leaders in place and that they have the support to be at their best
is vital.
Technical industries are full of brilliant people but often struggle with a lack of effective leaders. I work with these bright, technical
people to help them engage their strengths and develop emotional
intelligence - this can be transformational.

I support leaders through:
Leadership coaching: one-one coaching sessions (in blocks of three) to support and challenge development and improve performance. Psychometrics and 360 feedback often prove useful for increasing self-awareness and measuring progress. Experiential leadership programmes: I work with organisations to develop agile and effective leadership development experiences. These consist of self-directed development, workshop, coaching, immersion experiences, and working on real time business challenges. |
I’m also delighted to partner with Three Hands who help develop leaders in
ways which create positive social impact - http://www.threehands.co.uk Using psychometrics: I am qualified in a range of psychometrics and use them to help increase awareness and understanding of self - this opens the door to developing personally, and it also enables a more sophisticated understanding of others. The tools that I am qualified to use include: Aptitude tests, OPQ, 16PF, MBTI, Firo B, Strengthscope, Realise 2, Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP 3). |
